Forget the Hype! Ningxia Night Market: Taipei’s True Culinary Gem Locals Swear By

Sometimes, after a long day of exploring, I’d take the train back to Taipei Main Station. Then, I’d make a detour to Ningxia. I just had to grab some Dongshan Duck Head duck necks and pig intestines. I’d head back to my hotel, kick back, and munch on them while binge-watching TV. Pure bliss, I tell ya!
